To whom it may concern

On August 12, 2011, I wrote a letter to Judge Nakahara and I requested that an evidentiary hearing be held, and that the prosecutor, Sgt. Morris and Inspector Beal be ordered to testify at that hearing. But Judge Nakahara did not want to hold an evidentiary hearing because he did not want the truth to come out. Click here.

Based on Angesom’s testimony, Judge Nakahara knew that Angesom was not at Roaring 20s strip club at the time of Abraham’s death. Thus, he knew that the prosecutor and Inspector Beal came up with fabricated story that Angesom was at Roaring 20s strip club at the time of Abraham’s death in order to cover up Abraham’s murder. The prosecution chose to cover up Abraham’s murder because it did not fit within their theory of the case.

If Judge Nakahara were on the side of truth and justice, he should have held an evidentiary hearing. If he had held an evidentiary hearing, the outcome of the prosecutor, Inspector Beal and Sgt. Morris’ testimonies would have contributed positively to the administration of justice. All I know is, Judge Nakahara was working hand in hand with the DA’S office in order to unjustly and wrongly convict my brother and me. All I know is, he was helping the prosecution to cover up Abraham’s murder, and he let the Meharis get away with murder in order to unjustly and wrongly convict my brother and me. I am enclosing with this letter the trial transcript that shows Judge Nakahara was helping the prosecution to cover up Abraham’s murder. Click here.

What Judge Nakahara, the prosecutor and Inspector Beal did is a crime because covering up murder is a crime. It is a felony. As you know, justice does not take side. Justice is equitable. It is fair and impartial. Thus, justice demands that Judge Nakahara, the prosecutor and Inspector Beal must be investigated and appropriately punished for the crime they committed.

I would like to let you know that the DA’S office chose to cover up Abraham’s murder in order to obtain a wrongful conviction. Click here. Thus, I am respectfully asking you that FBI or others independent law enforcement officials should involve and investigate Abraham’s murder, and also Judge Nakahara’s, the prosecutor’s and Inspector Beal’s outrageous crime (covering up murder is a crime). I would like to thank you in advance for taking this matter into consideration.

Sincerely, Asmerom T. Gebreselassie

P.S. During the trial, Judge Nakahara blurted the truth out that all of the time he hears things that are not there. This fact tells you that the trial was conducted by the judge who was hallucinating. It also tells you that one of the reasons that the conduct of the trial was grossly unfair is because the trial was conducted by the judge who was hallucinating (by the judge who hears things that are not there). Judge Nakahara was not supposed to conduct the trial because all of the time he hears things that are not there. As you know, a judge is incompetent to conduct a trial if he or she hears things that are not there. I am enclosing page 315 of the trial transcript for you to read it. Judge Nakahara’s statement was recorded on page 315 of the trial transcript when he said all of the time he hears things that are not there. Click here. All I know is, if my brother and I had a competent and fair judge, and if we had been judged based on the truth, the case against us would have been dismissed. We would have been free and the Mehari brothers (the criminals) would have been in prison. So far, my brother and I have been judged based on lies, assumption, speculation, feelings and emotions. We have not been judged based on the truth. Let justice be served based on the truth. I know that the truth is on my brother and my side, and I also know that the truth will set us free. (Please read people lie but evidence doesn’t lie. I am enclosing it for you to read it. When you read it, you will know that the truth is on my brother and my side, and you will also know that we have not been judged based on the truth.) As you know, people lie but evidence does not lie. Evidence is the one that determines truth, and truth is absolute vindication. All I know is, the truth is on my brother and my side. Let the evidence speak for itself. The evidence clearly shows that my brother did not open the door for me, and also shows that the Mehari brothers (the criminals) deliberately lied about what occurred in their apartment in order to conceal their crime.
